Welcome to Altitude HQ!
Our Ambassadors will be on a team with Altitude HQ – that’s Steph (Marketing & Creative), Anna (Operations), and the one and only Karry Summers (our Founder).
As an Altitude Ambassador, you’ll be part of a close-knit team collabing directly with HQ. Mostly you’ll be working with Steph, but you'll also get chances to connect with Anna and Karry along the way.
You won’t just be filming the occasional video – you’ll also be a voice in the room when it comes to how we show up.
If we’re planning a new piece of merch, you’ll be the first to give feedback.
If we’re dreaming up a new event, you’ll be in on the brainstorm.
We’ll be leaning on you to help test ideas, share what the community really wants, and give us honest feedback from a member’s point of view.
You’ll also get fun stuff – like little surprise gifts through the year, free Altitude merch when we can swing it, and early access to anything exciting we’re planning.

What we ask
We’ll invite you to take part in monthly projects – whether that’s filming specific content for social media, having your say on ideas, or brainstorming on Discord (our chat tool of choice).
There’s no fixed formula right now – we’ll keep things flexible and work with your strengths and style.
The only thing we do need is that you're happy and comfortable filming yourself - oh and that you're keen to share your thoughts and ideas!
Steph will help with editing or creating templates - so don't stress if you're not super versed in the tech side. We gotchu.

We’d love to hear from you. Your story, your ideas, your voice – they matter.
To keep things clear, here are a few things you need to know:
You must have an active membership at one or more Altitude studios to apply and stay on as an Ambassador
We’re looking for people who genuinely reflect what Altitude stands for. Ambassadors should be the kind of people who cheer others on, celebrate progress, and help create a space where everyone feels welcome.
This is a volunteer role. While there’s no paid compensation, Ambassadors will receive occasional freebies, special thank-yous, and early access to cool opportunities as part of the programme. We’re also aiming to grow the perks over time – and you’ll be the first to hear about anything new.
You’ll need to be able to film decent-quality content using your phone – clear video, good audio, and stable shots
You can be an instructor or a member, but we’re limiting the number of instructors to a maximum of two at any one time
Ambassadors can step down at any time – just let us know. From our side, if things aren’t quite working out or the fit doesn’t feel right, we might also step back from the arrangement. We’ll always aim to have an open and respectful conversation first
Applications will stay open but we’ll only bring on new Ambassadors if someone steps down, to keep the team small and involved
All content filmed for Altitude needs to be approved by HQ before being shared publicly
By submitting content as part of this programme, you give Altitude permission to edit, use, and repost your videos or images across our platforms and campaigns.
By submitting your application, you agree to be contacted by Altitude HQ about your content and involvement in the programme
We reserve the right to change or end the programme if needed, but we’ll always keep you in the loop
